1. Connect the power cable, turn on the power switch on the control panel, and press the emergency stop button.

2. Turn on the main power of the hot melt glue machine and set the temperature to around 150–180°C. (This step is for hot melt carton sealing; if not using glue sealing, this step can be skipped.)

3. Connect the air source and adjust the air pressure to 0.6–0.8 MPa.

4. Place the cartons: organize the cartons, check for any sticking, and neatly stack them in the carton hopper. All cartons must be stacked in the same orientation, with the front side facing up.

5. Use the jog control and other auxiliary switches to check components such as carton opening, feeding, corner folding, and glue spraying, ensuring that these critical parts are free of debris and function properly. If any issues are found, promptly notify the relevant technical personnel for resolution before continuing operation.

6. Once the hot melt glue machine reaches the set temperature, press the "Start" button on the glue machine, and then click the "Start" button on the control panel. The machine will begin operating.

7. After the machine starts running, place materials on the conveyor belt for normal packaging production.

Boyuan Packaging Machinery recommends applying lubricating oil to the moving parts of the cartoning machine once a month to prolong the machine's service life.
